Castles of the Île de France (around Paris)

In my fall semester at Université Paris X 2007, I not only had a good time professionally. In France there is no school on Wednesday. Well, what a great chance to give Alina and Odin hand-on history lessons in the surrounding castles. Of course, we also visited other cultural sites in and around Paris. This page is, however, dedicated to the "major" castles we visited.  To organize our memories, I ordered the castles in the order in which we visited them. This site is still under construction.
